We process your name, contact details, address and order history in order to deliver the service, respond to enquiries and meet statutory obligations.
Payment terms
The payment period is 7 days from the invoice date. We accept bank transfer, online payment and card. Late payment interest follows the Finnish Interest Act.
Cancellation terms
More than 48 hours before the clean, cancellation is free. Between 24 and 48 hours we charge 50 %, and under 24 hours 100 %. If the cleaner cannot get in, it is treated as a late cancellation.
Household tax credit
Cleaning services ordered to your home qualify for the household tax credit: 40 % of the labour cost, up to €2,100 per person per year, with a €150 deductible.
